Crémant de Limoux Clos des Demoiselles

Description : A “noble” crémant: it has made the reputation of Domaine J. Laurens: delicate nose, fine bubbles, beautiful length on the palate, intense with aromas of exotic fruits and white flowers, a hint of brioche. Its slow aging on lees gives it its complexity. Try it throughout a meal, starting with an aperitif or with poultry, scrambled eggs with truffles, and even sushi. It pairs beautifully with chocolate desserts (but not too sweet! 70% cocoa), cream puffs, and even an exotic fruit salad.

Grapes: 60% Chardonnay, 25% Chenin, 15% Pinot Noir
