A blanc de blancs with no added dosage, slowly aged on lees for over 24 months. Delicate and complex, with a nose of citron and toasted aromas on the finish, offering beautiful tension and liveliness that will delight lovers of distinctive, very pure sparkling wines.

A cuvée that will enhance mature cheeses such as aged Parmesan, Comté, or cream-based dishes. Delicious as an aperitif with almonds and cheese cubes.

Grapes: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin, 10% Mauzac
