Description:  A preparation with a supple, creamy texture. Cooked in a vacuum cooker at 60° to preserve the flavour of the fruit. 

• Chestnut flavour with a subtle hint of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean.
• Chestnut flavour with a subtle hint of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pod and rum.
• Chestnut flavour enhanced by a subtle note of Bourbon vanilla pod from Madagascar and chestnut honey.

Ingredients:  Chestnut pulp, sugar, natural vanilla extract.
