Terre Isle Fort - Bordeaux

Description: This micro cuvée was born out of a desire to showcase our land and our Cabernet grape varieties. This selection comes from old vines that are at the peak of their expression, planted on the sunny clay-limestone slopes of Isle Fort. Cabernet Franc, halfway between Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, retains its strong character while expressing its subtlety and restrained extravagance. The amphora, which brings out aromas and freshness, accompanies our 15-month aging process in the cellar, protected from light and the vagaries of the outside world.
