Croix du Sud - AOP Côtes de Provence 2024

Description: The wine has a beautiful pale pink color, bright and clear. Citrus fruits and white flowers dominate the nose, with a few red berries adding a lot of freshness and delicacy. On the palate, red fruits such as strawberry and redcurrant reveal themselves intensely, on a round, supple, and silky texture that nevertheless lacks liveliness.
On the finish, the minerality so characteristic of the Sainte-Victoire appellation carries this wine to a very beautiful length. A very fine wine for fine dining.
