French Pork Spread Tex-mex

Description:A spicy recipe. The ‘Tex-Mex Pork’ recipe brings a host of flavours from Mexico and the southern United States thanks to the tomato compote and piquillo chips. Flavours at the heart of the recipe. The products are cooked for a long time to release all their flavours. The meats are browned for hours to give them a candied, spreadable texture with great fibre. We then delicately add carefully selected vegetables, spices and herbs.
