Description: From 40-year-old vines grown on clay-silica soils with a tuffeau subsoil, this certified organic wine is harvested by hand and fermented with native yeasts. Aged 8 months in stainless steel, it’s pure, floral, and refreshingly bright. Serve chilled at 10–11°C.
