Description: Its unique recipe is made from sturgeons raised on the Domain, to make the most of the sturgeons that give us their caviar (40% sturgeon flesh). Very simple to prepare, you will just need to heat the soup before tasting. The taste is deliberately spicy to recall the flavours of lobster bisque, for example. Tomatoes, carrots, celery, spices and olive oil give this product all the flavours of an authentic fish soup. Enjoy simply or with pasta dishes such as ravioli and tagliatelle. Our fish soup is a rich recipe with sturgeon fillets, carrot, celery, leek... All cooked with spices and herbs. Served with a few bread croutons, it can be enjoyed in any season.
Servings: To serve. Shake, pour into a saucepan and heat over low heat. Serve with toasted aioli or rouille croutons.
