Chestnut cream

Description:  A preparation with a supple, creamy texture. Cooked in a vacuum cooker at 60°c, so as not to alter the flavour of the fruit. Chestnut flavour with a subtle hint of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean.

Ingredients:  Chestnut pulp, sugar, natural vanilla extract.
