Saint Heray

Description: The Mothais region and goat farming have been closely linked since the 19th century. This historic cheese dairy, founded in 1906 by Pasteur Eynard, specialises in the production of soft cheese with a bloomy rind made from goat's milk. We're proud to be able to revive this authentic Poitou product and preserve the region's traditional know-how.
