Saint-Nectaire

Description:  Saint Nectaire Fermier is a cylinder with a convex heel, 7 cm high, that leaves no one indifferent. When cut, it reveals a soft, fragrant paste that will not deceive any cheese lover: this is definitely a cheese from Auvergne. On the palate, Saint Nectaire offers complex aromas of terroir, pasture, and farm.
