Description: Caviar de Neuvic combines butter and truffle. 10% broken Périgord black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum) lightly color a quality butter. The Truffle Butter is made directly at the Domaine with broken black truffles from Périgord. Truffle Butter is a traditional recipe from Périgord. This product is therefore based on this recipe to offer it throughout the year. For a 45g box, you can make around 25 toasts. Preferably take it out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before to appreciate all the flavors.
Serving: Truffle Butter should be removed from the fridge a few minutes before use to bring it to temperature so that it can be spread evenly. It should be eaten preferably within 24 hours of opening in order to keep the balance and freshness of the flavours intact.
Pairing: Caviar Butter goes well with vodka and champagne but will alsocompliment perfectly the rich structure and aromatic subtlety of a good white Burgundy wine.
